I’m a theatre maker and adventure taker, originally from Melbourne, Australia, but currently living on the south coast of the United Kingdom. I produced the Australian premieres of the Broadway musical [title of show] in Melbourne, and the cult Off-Broadway smash 5 Lesbians Eating A Quiche in Brisbane (and beyond!) I helped develop the new Australian musical Margaret Fulton: Queen Of The Dessert, and now I create interactive and engaging theatre for children with my amazing wife Hollie, including the bumbling explorer Mortimer Sparks and our new production The Bureau Of Untold Stories.
In between I’ve worked in a variety of jobs from sweet shops, to steam engines, to balloon warehouses, always seeking out fun and enjoyment, trying to make the most out of every moment. I’ve travelled since I was 19, embarking on ambitious life changing adventures to the United States of America and the United Kingdom, with plenty of stops along the way (for example I can tell you how to get to Sesame Street!)
I’m an avid Disney Parks fan, trying desperately to make it to all the parks across the world (3 down 3 to go!) and Hollie and I have even written two ‘To-Do List’ style books about Disneyland Paris and Hong Kong Disneyland called ‘CHECK!’ (that you can pick up here.)
My mind is barely at rest which means I’m often generating absurd ideas from my very own, theatre producing themed, card game ‘It’s A Hit!‘ to an attempt at opening night themed greeting cards; Chookards! Who knows what I’ll be creating next!
Primarily I love telling stories. I love igniting people’s imaginations, and I love bringing a bit of happiness into the world, so if those are things that tickle your fancy as well, read on or make contact! I’d love to hear from you.
