Acland Street, St Kilda Street Art

Another day of meetings, this time in St Kilda which is readily becoming a local hang out for me, even though in traffic (like today) it’s a good hour away. St Kilda is Melbourne’s beach side suburb, home to the smiling faced amusement park Luna Park and an eclectic mix of people from the rich to the poor, the bohemian and the suits. A walk along Acland Street will introduce you to most of these characters, plus a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. It’s famous for its cake shops.

There’s also a good dosage of street art hiding down some alley ways. I snapped a few quick photos on the walk to my car.

I’m beginning to think I need a separate section of my blog just for street art posts, I can’t keep tagging them as travel for much longer.
