Cabaret

Kangaroosical Hops Downunder

Sean Bryan will return to the Australian stage today in his self-produced cabaret show Kangaroosical, which last year gained him his New York stage debut.

The cabaret, which has now been tailored to be performed solo, and for an Australian audience, focusses on Aussies in New York and the crazy antics they get up to.

Kangaroosical features a number of well known songs including “I Kissed A Girl”, “Truly, Madly, Deeply” and a series of parodies including “What About Me?” by Shannon Noll. Sean also brings to life a series of absurd Aussie characters including ‘Shazza’ the sheila and the unlucky in love Reginald Waterman.

Kangaroosical will be performed for one day only on July 28, 2010 at the David Williamson Theatre, Prahran.
